Payment

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (stripe.com). PayPal payments are temporarily unavailable.

2. Prices and Currency

We charge in USD. Your bank converts the currency, which may cause small differences on your statement.

3. When You are Charged

The full payment is taken when you confirm your order at checkout. If we are unable to process or ship your order for any reason, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

4. Secure Payments

All card payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com), our PCI-compliant payment provider. Payment cannot be completed directly on boxing-thai.com – when you confirm your order, you are always taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your card details. This Stripe payment page is protected by SSL encryption (https). Your card data is entered and processed only on Stripe’s page, not on our servers. We never see, store or have access to your full card number or CVV code. Before entering your card details, you can always check that the address bar shows stripe.com and a padlock icon.

5. Receipts and Invoices

After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email. The confirmation email is your receipt. If you need a detailed invoice, please contact admin@boxing-thai.com with your order number.

6. Customs Fees and Taxes

The buyer pays for customs fees and taxes. All orders are shipped from Thailand. Depending on your country, local customs or the postal service may charge additional import taxes, VAT, customs duties or handling fees when your order arrives. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. They are the responsibility of the buyer (recipient) and must be paid to your local authorities in order to receive the parcel.

7. If Your Payment is Declined

If your payment does not go through, please: check that your card details (number, expiry date and CVC) are entered correctly. Make sure your card is enabled for international and online payments. Try again, or use another card if available. In some cases, your bank or Stripe may require an extra security step (such as 3D Secure verification in your banking app or by SMS). If this step is not completed, the payment will be declined automatically. If your payment keeps failing, please contact your bank first and then email us at admin@boxing-thai.com  with your name and order details.
