Return & Refund Policy



Quick Summary (The Basics)


Return Window: 7 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns.


Warranty: 30 days for manufacturing defects.


Return Cost: You pay for return shipping (except for damaged or wrong items).


Non-Returnable: Mouth guards, groin guards, underwear, and used gear.



1. Return Window


Change of Mind: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason (wrong size, did not like the color, etc.).


Defective Items: If your item breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you are covered by our 30-Day Warranty (see Section 4).



2. What You Can (and Cannot) Return


To get a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.


⛔ We cannot accept returns for:


Hygiene Items: Mouthguards, protective cups (groin guards), compression shorts, and underwear (if opened).


Custom Gear: Items personalized with names or made to custom measurements.


Used Gear: Equipment with sweat stains, odors, or signs of training.


Final Sale: Items marked as non-returnable.



3. How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)


Please do not ship items back without approval. Email Us: Send a request to admin@boxing-thai.com with your Order ID and the reason.


If the item is damaged: Please attach clear photos of the defect (and packaging if relevant).


Get Approval: We will send you the return address in Thailand and instructions.


Ship It: Pack the item securely and ship it back.


Who pays? You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty/incorrect).


Tracking: You must use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.



4. Warranty & Defects (30 Days)


We know combat sports are tough on gear.


What is covered: Manufacturing defects (loose stitching, faulty velcro, peeling, etc.) within 30 days of delivery. Once we confirm the defect, we will replace the item or refund you.


What is NOT covered: Normal wear and tear. Scratches, fading logos, compressed foam from heavy training, or damage from misuse are not considered defects.



5. Refunds & Exchanges


Refunds: Once we inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake).


Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or model.



6. Lost or Refused Packages


Lost Parcels: If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a free replacement or fully refund you.


Refused / Unclaimed: If a package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs fees, did not collect it, or provided a wrong/incomplete address, we will deduct the shipping costs (both ways) and any carrier/customs fees from your refund.



7. Consumer Rights


This policy is designed to be fair and transparent. It applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights in your country (for example, UK/EU cooling-off periods), not instead of them.
