This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on boxing-thai.com (“we”, “us”, “our store”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below:
1. Order Processing
Standard Processing: We usually process and ship orders within 3–5 business days after payment.
Factory Orders: If an item is currently out of stock, we will order it directly from the factory to fulfill your request.
Delivery Guarantee: Regardless of stock status, we guarantee that you will receive your order no later than 30 calendar days from the payment date.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped directly from Thailand. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination country. We partner with reliable international carriers (such as Thai Post, DHL) to ensure the safety of your shipment. Regardless of the logistics route, we guarantee that you will receive your order no later than 30 calendar days from the payment date.
3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
The buyer pays for customs fees and taxes. Since we ship international orders directly from Thailand, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes enforced by your country’s customs office.
Buyer’s Responsibility: Shipping costs do not include any customs duties or taxes. Any import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping costs (both ways) and any carrier penalties from your refund. If the return costs exceed the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned by customs, in which case no refund will be issued.
4. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please carefully double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. A valid phone number is mandatory for international courier delivery, as carriers often need to contact you to arrange delivery.
Correcting Errors:
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the details before the shipment leaves our facility, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Responsibility:
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages if:
An incorrect or incomplete address was provided;
An invalid phone number was provided;
The courier or postal service was unable to contact the recipient;
The package was not collected from the pickup point within the holding period (marked as "Unclaimed").
Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery attempts, or "Unclaimed" status:
Re-shipping:
We can resend the package, but the re-shipping fees must be paid by the buyer.
Refunds:
If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost, the return shipping costs, and any additional carrier fees from the refund amount.
Note: In cases where the carrier abandons/destroys the package or it is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
5. Lost, Delayed & Damaged Packages
We insure all shipments. If anything happens to your package, we will contact the carrier directly and resolve the issue ourselves—you do not need to deal with this alone.
Damage. If an item arrived damage:
Please take clear photos of the item and the external packaging (including shipping labels and the tracking sticker). Email them to us at admin@boxing-thai.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer you a replacement or monetary compensation, depending on the situation.
Delayed Delivery:
If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your package has not arrived: Contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will file an official inquiry with the carrier ourselves to locate the shipment.
Deemed Lost:
A shipment may be considered lost if:
The carrier officially confirms the loss;
The tracking status has not updated for more than 30 days (no movement), excluding cases where the package is held at customs.
Resolution:
In the event of a confirmed loss or damage covered by insurance, we offer you a choice:
Free Replacement: We will reship your order at no cost.
Full Refund: We will refund the total amount to your original payment method.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Contact

Window: You may return standard items within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions: Custom-made items, personalized gear, and hygiene products (e.g., mouthguards, groin guards, compression wear) are non-returnable.
